Rough Stock Rosin – GripWax bar is a unique mix of waxes and rosins used to enhance or vary the grip strength of Black and Amber Rosin. It gives you the flexibility to adapt the stickiness of the rosin in varying climates and riding conditions.
If using Rosin rocks alone, the rosin can become brittle when cool, meaning it ‘breaks’ off the rope or saddle. Using the GripWax Bar will keep the rosin more malleable so it can remain stuck to the rope with reduced reheat time.
GripWax is a more ideal solution than using saddle soap, as saddle soap can make the rosin gummy and less sticky.
How to use:
Apply a small amount to the rope, saddle or chaps then layer crushed rosin rocks on top until desired stick is achieved. Reheat in the shute will be much quicker when using GripWax.
Use the Rough Stock Rosin Steel Wire Brush to remove build up from rope or glove.
