To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in original condition with tags attached, and proof of purchase provided. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase or delivery; exchanges are accepted up to 30 days.



Exclusions: Unless faulty or recalled, feed, vitamins, medical items, horse supplements, special orders, laybys, and sale items are non-returnable. Helmets and safety vests must be returned within 2 business days with all tags attached. Earrings and underwear are non-returnable.



Saddles: All saddle purchases are covered under our separate Saddle Trial Policy, signed at the time of purchase.



Postage costs are non-refundable unless an item is faulty or incorrect. By purchasing from Saddleworld Launceston, you agree to these terms.
