The children's Wrangler Hat is made from Australian wool felt. Wool felt is ideal for hats. It holds it's shape, sheds light rain, and is durable and wearable. This dense, soft felt is formed by matting wool fibres together with the application of heat, moisture, and pressure. Then the felt is moulded over a hat block to shape the crown and brim. For The Wrangler, the crown is shaped to a 9 cm height, and the brim is set at a 9 cm width. These dimensions give a classic western silhouette. The hat is then trimmed and finished with a horsehair hatband. The Wrangler is also designed for life on the go. It's a hat that’s packable and bounces back after being crushed or stored in a bag - ideal for kids who are always on the move. The craftsmanship aims to balance durability with a kid-friendly fit for hours of outdoor activity.
